For years I steered clear of the argument about whether liquid additives actually helped anglers to catch fish.
I was a traditionalist, believing that luncheon meat was simply luncheon meat, that fishmeal pellets caught fish if they wanted fishmeal, etc.
But I have now changed my mind and I have become a firm believer in the pulling power of Sonu’s Tigerfish Liquid, which is a bottle of all the goodness of tiger nuts in a liquid form. I use it by putting a capful in half a pint of water and soaking my 2mm or 4mm feed pellets in it, prior to feeding them.
The key to a confident angler is the belief that whatever he does to his bait makes it more attractive, thus helping him to catch more fish.
And I have total belief in Sonu Tigerfish Liquid. Like all match anglers, I am always looking for an edge, something that will give my bait extra pulling power. On many commercial fisheries you have to use the fishery’s own pellets, but there is nothing to stop you treating those pellets by adding a liquid additive like Sonu Tigerfish.
You can also add it to groundbait to give it extra kick and if I was targeting skimmers a perfect mix for me would be 50 per cent Sonu F1 groundbait and 50 per cent Sonu Tigerfish. That’s a match made in heaven where skimmers are concerned.
