Pineapple has always been considered to be one of the top flavours for tench and bream so as you would expect results with action pineapple boilies were instant.

Conditions have been excellent all week with plenty of cloud cover and strong south westerly winds so I anticipated good results as I headed to the lake.
A good carpet of mixed pellet, hemp , corn and boilie was laid down in the swim and I opted to fish a method feeder over the top of it.

My method mix consisted of scoulded 4mm and 6mm sonu halibut pellets with added hemp and hali crush to stiffen the mix, to this I added some broken pineapple boilies and a good glug of pineapple liquid.

Over the course of the night I had steady action taking bream to 12.02 and tench to 8.02 .
